- We will discuss your Child’s needs and Challenges, organize a suitable plan and Schedule which suits your timings, and recommend the suitable professional teacher to follow up with your child.
2- The plan will be organized after the first lesson, a prepared assessment will take place to evaluate your Child’s information and determine the gaps and challenges to be followed and tracked by our management team with the appointed teacher.
3- The payment process will be a Bank transfer according to your country (Easy and smooth) or via any money transfer Company that suits you.
4- Pricing: The price of tutoring depends on the subject, Level and the package you choose (Reasonable and half of face to face price).
5- Payment Method: Based on agreed plan we determine the number of sessions (Hours needed), then a prepayment will be done by the parents and then we will send the financial details by WhatsApp and email to track the parents’ payment.
6- Recorded videos and reports will be sent on a weekly basis to parents and a WhatsApp Group will be created between parents, management team and Teachers to daily track and follow up.
7- Packages: For 10 hours you’ll get 1 hour free, for 25 hours you’ll get 3 hours free and for constant yearly teaching process a wonderful package will be negotiated.
8- The session is one hour (60 minutes) and Teaching process will be done via Zoom meeting.
